Custom Orders

If there is something you want but don't see here, you can inform us of the item via our contact forms or social media and a quotation and estimated delivery time shall be provided to you.

Half down-payment is required for all personal packages, the same can be said for items we do not have in stock. The balance due to be made upon delivery/collection of the package. The half down-payment is non-refundable, as it is a security measure, for example you, the client would not like the to purchase said item anymore. We as the seller would not suffer any financial damage.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer a wide variety of shipping & delivery options. Please see our list for the environs of Trinidad and Tobago

Pick Up Locations (dates dependent on availability of courier):

2. North - Hyatt / Independence Square / Movie Towne POS

    1-3 days to deliver after processing.

Mystery Boxes

Mystery boxes are a random assortment of products - you will not know what you'll get with these boxes! The items in the boxes are always worth more than the purchase price of the entire set.

Anime/KPOP Bundles

The items in these bundles are always worth more than the purchase price of the entire set. They consist of items from the particular anime or a variety.

Tracking

For all custom or pre-ordered items, you shall receive weekly updates via the social media platform initially contacted on. For orders that are shipped via TTPOST, a tracking number will be provided to you, so you can track via TTPOST TrackPak Website.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable when:

1. Pre-orders - the wrong item or incorrect size or lost orders. Clients are given the option to reorder said item or get a full refund.

2. Items are damaged on transit to pick up locations/home deliveries
